Once accredited, all Executive Associates are required to comply with the Institute's standards of professional conduct, and all are required to sign and agree to abide by the Institute's Code of Ethics.
The Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) investigates complaints under the Institute's disciplinary procedures. Should the PCC panel (at a hearing) determine that an Executive Associate has failed to uphold the Code of Ethics, this can lead to disciplinary action or even disaccreditation.
